Application Procedures for Graduate Exchange Students to AGSB

Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB)
Rockwell Campus

Applicants must submit the following requirements:

1. Application form for exchange students [EXCEL]
[PDF] 
2. Photocopy of passport where name, photo, birth date and birthplace appear.
3. Photocopy of your undergraduate (Bachelor's) transcript of records bearing
   
the original signature of the School Registrar and school seal and its English
   
translation when necessary.
4. Photocopy of your graduate (Master's) transcript of records bearing the
   
original signature of the School Registrar and school seal and its English 
   
translation when necessary.
5. Certificate of TOEFL results with at score of at least 550 (or certification of
   
applicant's English proficiency issued by the school).
6. Housing Accommodation Form
[DOC]  
7. Letter of Introduction/Recommendation from the International Office
   
applicant's' home institution.

    If you are not under a student exchange program with Ateneo and will be
   
paying for your own tuition and fees, please submit the following additional
   
requirements:
     - Birth certificate with English translation when neccessary
     - Affidavit of Financial Support and proof of thereof (bank statement
       or certificate from bank) duly notarized by a public notarian in your
      
country with English translation when necessary. [Sample Affidavit]
 

     Original copies of the above forms must be sent by the International Office
    
of the applicant's home institution through post mail to the following
    
address:

8. Arrival/Pick-up Information Form [DOC]

9. The Arrival Form must be submitted by the student via email to
   
oip@admu.edu.ph at least one month before the start of classes.

Academic Year

The AGSB academic year is divided into three trimesters. Each trimester is equivalent to 14 weeks.

            - 1st trimester: July - October
            -
2nd trimester: October - February
            -
3rd trimester: March - June

Academic Calendar for SY 2012-2013

            - 1st trimester: July 3, 2012 - October 14, 2012
            -
2nd trimester: October 23, 2012 - February 24, 2013
            -
3rd trimester: March 5, 2012 - June 24, 2013

Program Period

Exchange students have the option to stay for one or two trimesters.

Application Deadlines for School Year 2012/2013

  • 1st trimester: May 15, 2012
  • 2nd trimester: June 15, 2012
  • 3rd trimester: January 15, 2013
