Application Procedures for Undergraduate Exchange Students

      Applicants must submit the following requirements:

3.  Original transcript of records (TOR) with English translation, if necessary

4.  Photocopy of passport

5.  Letter of Nomination (certifying that the applicant is an official exchange
student from your school)

6.  Medical Insurance

7.  Health Certificate (stating that the applicant is fit to travel and study abroad)

8.  Arrival Form (with arrival details)

9.  Housing/Accommodation Form

10. Application to Enroll as Special Student

11. 2 pieces of 2”x2” photo

12. Certificate of English Language Proficiency (any of the three below)
      TOEFL (Paper Based Test) minimum score:  550
      TOEFL (Internet Based Test): minimum score: 92
      IELTS minimum score: 6.0

Original copies of the above forms must be sent by the International Office 
of the applicant's home institution through post mail to the following address:

Academic Calendar

The Ateneo academic calendar is divided into two semester terms and one summer term:

- 1st Semester: June - October
- 2nd Semester: November - March

Program Duration

Exchange students have the option to stay for one semester or two semesters.

Application Deadlines

1st semester (June - October): February 15
2nd semester (November - March): July 15
