Our reflection on the Jesuit and Ignatian Tradition invites us to view the Ateneo Graduate School of Business as a major instrument of the Ateneo de Manila University in the pursuit of its mission and vision in the field of business management. Our thrust is to make our students PRIMUS INTER PARES, "first among equals", recognizing them as workplace-based professionals who are leaders in their respective organizations. We give premium to learning that is distilled from both classroom and business experiences, wherein one experience enriches the other. Theories learned are validated and made relevant in the workplace, and work experience is deepened and given structure in academic life.
