Teacher Renewal Workshop

October 4, 2008
A Teacher Renewal Workshop was conducted last October 4, 2008 at San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. A total of 330 elementary and secondary school teachers attended the program.
Mr. Onofre Pagsanghan, an English faculty of the Ateneo High School, gave an inspirational talk by sharing his experiences on the theme Love Your Calling with Passion. In the afternoon, the participants were clustered into small groups and shared their personal learning experiences as teachers.
Training on the Utilization
of English and Math Lesson Guides
A training on the utilization of English and Math Lesson Guides were conducted last July 12, 2008 and July 19, 2009 respectively, by English and Math elementary school teachers from the Ateneo de Manila Grade School. A total of 427 English elementary school teachers and 486 Math elementary school teachers from East and West District schools participated in the training.
Training for Pre-Elementary and Grade 1 Teachers
July 21, 2008
The training on the utilization of the Guide for Helping Children Read was conducted last July 21, 2008 by Ms. Paz Jose, a seasoned faculty of the Ateneo Grade School. She has shared different teaching methodologies to the participants on how to strengthen the reading abilities of the children. The training was given to 72 pre-elementary and Grade 1 teachers from East and West District schools.
