Payatas B Annex Elementary School began in 2000. It was a complete elementary school from Grades One to Six established by the barangay. It started with only four classrooms and three teachers, and there was a total of 300 pupils in the first school year of operation. The Department of Education owns the school, and use of the school lot and school buildings is supported by a memorandum of agreement.
