What is Faculty Development?

 I. To develop young faculty:

      • - as formators, which demands the formation of their persons as transmitters of the values of an Ignatian, Catholic and Filipino university
      • - as teachers, which demands excellence in teaching skills

    2. 2. as academics
      • - we develop young faculty in this area by assisting in their pursuit of higher degrees by creating opportunities for being mentored

  1. II. To assist in the continuing development of senior and more established faculty
      • - both as educators and academics
      • - and as transmitters of the Ateneo Tradition
